Lobbies, entrances & full activations

Beyond the tree, a full activation carries the theme through the whole guest journey — grand entrance arrangements and archways, garlands along reception and staircases, wreaths on doors, festive florals in restaurants and spas, and photogenic moments guests love to share. Installation, maintenance & takedown

A hotel activation is a managed service from start to finish. Our team installs on schedule and out of guest hours, returns through December to refresh fresh florals and keep everything immaculate, and removes and stores everything cleanly in the new year. Because much of a large scheme is built from durable dried, faux and preserved elements, it looks flawless from the first day of the season to the last, with fresh blooms added where they have the most impact.

Festive events & end-of-year functions

December is packed with gala dinners, Christmas Eve services, staff parties and New Year celebrations, and we style these alongside the main installation so everything feels seamless. Planning & booking your activation

Hotel Christmas schemes are best planned early — we begin concepts and quotes from September and October, with the most sought-after dates booking well before December. Every activation is fully bespoke and quoted to your property, brief and scale, with options to suit a range of budgets.
